DELIVERY

When will I get my order?

For Clothing, Accessories, Coffee Mugs, Home, & Living : (Scroll down for delivery times on handmade products – including candles, smudge kits, and crystal sets)

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

  • ●  USA: 3–4 business days

  • ●  Canada & Europe: 6–8 business days

  • ●  Australia: 2–14 business days

  • ●  Japan: 4–8 business days

  • ●  International: 10–20 business days

    [Covid-19]When will I get my order?
    Our fulfillment times [for all clothing/coffee mugs/Accessories/etc.] may be longer than usual and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. We're seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers as the entire industry is still dealing with challenges.

Where will my order ship from?

For all clothing merchandise/accessories, coffee mugs, and home decor, we work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide and depending on inventory, your order will likely ship from the closest facility to you.

This EXCLUDES our handmade/handcrafted line of products, which include our Infused High-Vibe Candles, Vibe Reset Smudge Kits, Bath soaks, and Magical Crystal Sets. These products are shipped from United States, Michigan!

Will I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  •  Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

  •  Ask your local post office if they have your package

  •   Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

    If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at contact@prettyinbliss.com with your order number.

    If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

    How are your products made?

    For all clothing merchandise/accessories, coffee mugs, and home decor, we work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

    How do I track my order?

    You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, email us at contact@prettyinbliss.com

    I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

    We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at contact@prettyinbliss.com within a weeks' time and include photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible! Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.


Processing & Shipping Times for Handmade Products: 

This includes our handmade/handcrafted line of products, which include our Infused High-Vibe Candles, Vibe Reset Smudge Kits, Bath soaks, and Magical Crystal Sets.

All orders are processed within 2-10 Business Days.

Delays are still possible due to Covid-19.
Large orders can delay processing time. 

To protect the sacred traditions practiced by ancient cultures, it requires us to spend additional love, effort, & time creating our handmade products.

All Candles are handmade in small amounts with natural soy wax & hand decorated with Herbs, Flowers, & Crystals.
Soy wax takes time to cure after making. Processing time will depend on the items in your order along with inventory. 
We must ensure all products that include soy candles / crystals have had enough cure time, & have been properly blessed &/or charged.

If you place an order that includes handmade products without candles and wish to have your items before the estimated shipping times below, please email us directly at contact@prettyinbliss.com .
We will do our best to accommodate in processing your order immediately upon request.

SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY REQUIRED FOR EXPRESS SHIPPING.
All orders $100 and up are shipped USPS Standard or Priority. Delays are still possible due to Covid-19.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Signature is not required on delivery. If you will not be home at time of delivery, package will be left in safest location determined by your mail carrier.

If you do not want your package left out, contact USPS or UPS with your shipping details to request a pick up or schedule a specific time for delivery.

International Shipping Policy

We currently ship to US & Canada ONLY – however this will change in the future.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses


We do accept orders shipped to PO boxes and APO/FPO or U.S. territories.  These will ship via USPS only.  Any orders requiring express shipping methods will require a physical delivery/shipping address.  If you do not supply this information, you will be contacted for it and this may cause delays in shipping time. 

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

All shipment methods come with tracking. Please note that choosing Express Mail means a signature at delivery will be required. 

Note that regular shipping options will not require a signature, and packages will be left in any "secure" location determined by the mail carrier who's delivering your package. If you do not live in a secure location, we recommend Express Mail so that a signature upon arrival is required before package is left. 

  • We are not responsible for lost packages that occur in the mailing system.
  • We are not responsible for incorrect address(s) entered by you as the customer.
  • A restock fee will be charged if you do not claim your item and it is returned to us.  The charge will be 25% of the total charge per item.

Customs, duties, and taxes

SHOP PRETTY IN BLISS is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Processing Time

Processing time is different from shipping time.  Please allow an estimated 2-7 business days for processing. This does not include weekends or holidays.

Please remember the list below has an impact on processing time for handmade products:

  • All of our Candles are handmade in small amounts with natural soy wax . We must allow the proper time needed for our soy candles to cure fully before shipping. 
  • We use good vibe energy only to create our homemade products – ensuring that each product  with crystals have been properly blessed and charged requires additional time with each product.

 

Shipping

We process, deliver, and ship all packages Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). 

After your order has been processed, you will receive an email notification, followed by details for shipments and tracking info. 

Processing time may be delayed if there's an issue with the shipping address you've provided, and/or your order is flagged as a risk (additional time is needed to ensure the security of credit information provided).  In this case, proof of identification for the billing information received may also be required. 

In the event there is an issue you will receive an email notification with details/steps to resolve the problem.

Once you have placed your order, we can not revise or change shipping options.

Separate packages
In some situations, an order may be split into different packages for any of the following reasons:

  •  Weight restrictions for regular shipping (regulated by the post office)
  •  Products on backorder (this is rare, but we will always reach out to you directly if this occurs)
You will receive a tracking number for each package in your order.


    Cancellation of Orders/Pre Order Items and Out of Stock Items
    Shop PRETTY IN BLISS will contact the customer in the event of any issues regarding out of stock inventory and/or backordered items. 

    Orders can not be cancelled after 24 hours of being placed. Any approved exceptions for cancellations will incur a 20% fee to process. (Unless we have notified you about an inventory issue)

    We will not approve cancellation requests after an item has already shipped. No exceptions.

     

    Policy and Terms

    By placing an order at Shop PRETTY IN BLISS you are indicating that you are the true card holder and/or authorized to use the card for purchases made. You are responsible for original shipping charges, any applicable custom import fees and the cost of return shipping back to Shop PRETTY IN BLISS.  This also applies to any shipments that are unclaimed by you at delivery. 

    Our products include spiritual references intended to inspire & promote natural healing methods. The results we expect cannot be guaranteed, and will vary depending on each individual person and beliefs. Our products are not intended to cure existing conditions or to replace medical care. 

    Shop PRETTY IN BLISS is not legally responsible for injuries or damages that could occur from the use of our products. When purchasing products from Shop PRETTY IN BLISS, you are agreeing to the above terms. 

     

    Returns & Exchange Policy (if applicable)

    We currently do not accept returns unless the item received is defective or you've received the wrong item. 

    To start a return, email contact@prettyinbliss.com to request a return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Damages and issues 
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 1 week if the item received is defective, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    PRETTY IN BLISS is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received the wrong item or your order is damaged, please contact the shipment carrier and our support team directly at contact@prettyinbliss.com to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim and make sure to include images so that your return can be accepted in our system.

    Exchanges (if applicable)
    We only exchange items that are defective or damaged. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request to return the item you have (as long as it's defective/damaged), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

    Because our products are made to order, we don't offer exchanges. 

    If you’re unsure which size would fit better, always check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.


    Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at contact@prettyinbliss.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!




    Refunds (if applicable)
    This applies to those who've received a defective item, requested a refund from us at contact@prettyinbliss.com, and have been approved/found eligible for a refund. 

    Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

    Return Shipping
    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are approved and receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

    The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary based on your location. 

    When shipping items back over $100, we recommend you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that your returned item is received/sent back to us successfully.
